Men bailed after Sutton-in-Ashfield stab murder

Two men arrested following a fatal stabbing in Nottinghamshire have been released on bail.

Police had been given extra time to question the men, aged 23 and 31. Neither was being held on suspicion of murder.

Another 23-year-old man, questioned on suspicion of murder, was released on bail on Tuesday.

The men were arrested over the killing of Dean Lloyd, found stabbed at a house in Sutton-in-Ashfield on Friday night.

Mr Lloyd, 28, from Market Street, Huthwaite, was one of three men found wounded when police arrived at the house on Jephson Road.

One of the others suffered serious injuries while the second was not badly hurt.

Detectives say they are not looking for anyone else in connection with the stabbing.
