Police seize CS gas in Derbyshire drug raids
Police have seized CS gas, electric scales and cannabis-growing equipment in a series of raids in Derbyshire.
Officers found dozens of cannabis plants in raids in Shirebrook, New Houghton and Langwith in the past week.
Twenty-two cannabis plants, hydroponics equipment, five mobile phones, seven cans of CS gas and three electric scales were found in Shirebrook.
A 26-year-old man arrested on suspicion of growing cannabis and possession of a noxious substance was released on bail.
A 48-year-old man and a 32-year-old woman were arrested on suspicion of possession of Class B drugs and released on bail after the raid in New Houghton.
Police found 50 cannabis plants, specialist lights, fans and a dehumidifier at a house in the village.
A 46-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of production of cannabis and bailed after a raid in Langwith.
