Boy, 16, arrested over Bramcote cannabis find
A 16-year-old boy has been arrested following the discovery of a cannabis with a street value of more than £300,000 at a house in Nottinghamshire.
Officers raided a house in Derby Road, Bramcote, on Friday after a tip-off that drugs were being grown there.
Police discovered 600 cannabis plants in rooms throughout the house, along with specialist growing equipment and high-intensity lighting.
The teenager was arrested on suspicion of production and supply of cannabis.
The cannabis plants have been destroyed, a police spokesman said.
