Police have released a CCTV image of a man they want to trace after an arson attack on a warehouse in Nottingham.

Significant damage was caused to the building off Church Street in Netherfield on 20 October.

A man was seen getting out of a taxi in Moore Street minutes before the fire started. Police said he told the taxi driver his name was Chico.

The dark-haired man had facial hair and was wearing a light jacket with dark trousers.

Sgt Carol Adams de Bank, of Nottinghamshire Police, said: "We know this man was in the area around the time the fire started.

"He may well have witnessed someone acting suspiciously and could hold the key to us finding the person responsible.

"I'm appealing to this man to come forward and also to other people who may recognise who he is."

Officers said it was the fourth malicious fire in Netherfield since June. It is thought the crimes are linked.
