Kerry Holden jailed for murder of Luke Moran in Clifton

A Nottingham woman has been sentenced to at least 18 years in prison after being found guilty of the murder of a 25-year-old man.

Luke Moran was found with stab injuries on Hartness Road, in Clifton, on 20 August 2011. He later died at the Queen's Medical Centre.

Kerry Holden, 35, of Farnborough Road, Clifton, denied the charge.

She was convicted of murder following a two-week trial at Nottingham Crown Court and given a life sentence.
