Danny Parekh murder: Man in court over park stabbing
A 20-year-old man has appeared at Nottingham Magistrates' Court charged with the murder of a man found stabbed in a park.
Joshua Davey, of no fixed address, was detained in Malaga under a European Arrest Warrant earlier this month, and extradited to the UK.
Danny Parekh, 21, from Bulwell, was found by police in a park in Old Basford on 8 July.
He later died at the Queen's Medical Centre from a stab wound to the leg.
Julian Davey, 22, of Camomile Close, Bulwell, has been charged with assisting an offender in connection with the inquiry.
A 23-year-old was arrested on suspicion of witness intimidation and a 30-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender.
Both men have been bailed pending further inquiries.
A 15-year-old boy arrested in connection with the murder remains on bail.
