Malakai McKenzie: Jury retires in Cameron Cashin trial

The jury has retired in the trial of a man accused of murdering a teenager outside a Nottingham pub.

Cameron Cashin, 21, of Liddington Street, Basford, denies shooting Malakai McKenzie, 19, at The Hubb in Sherwood on 21 April 2012.

The jury saw CCTV of a man firing into a car but the defence said there was no convincing evidence it was Mr Cashin.

Malcolm Francis, 19, and Ijah Lavelle-Moore, 21, both of Basford, have been cleared of murder.
