Aqib Mazhar murder: Seventh arrest after Nottingham street stabbing

A 19-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of murder and bailed after a 21-year-old man was stabbed to death.

Aqib Mazhar, from Forest Fields, Nottingham, was stabbed on Russell Road on 1 June. He died later in hospital.

Qamran Ahmed, 21, Mohammed Quasim, 24, both of Aspley; Mohamud Alasow, 18, from Nottingham; and Junaid Farrukh, 21, from Oakwood, Derby; have been charged with Mr Mazhar's murder.

They are all due to appear at Nottingham Crown Court on 22 August.
