Charges over Banbury cannabis factories

A man has been charged with producing cannabis following raids on two properties in Oxfordshire.

Thames Valley Police said two cannabis factories were discovered as officers searched houses in Broad Street and Gatteridge Street, Banbury, on Friday.

Police discovered rooms in both houses had been converted to grow cannabis.

The 38-year-old of no fixed address was charged with two counts of producing a class B drug and was remanded in custody.
