Didcot street has car tyres slashed

An Oxfordshire street was targeted by vandals who slashed the tyres of several vehicles.

Over the May bank holiday weekend 11 cars and one motorbike were damaged on Freeman Road in Didcot. Another car was scratched with a key.

Colin Rayner, 56, whose Mazda MX5 had two tyres punctured, said: "It's sad because it seems so mindless."

Neighbourhood police teams are visiting residents and appealing for witnesses.
