A man has been charged with causing the death of a 16-year-old boy in Oxfordshire while driving over the alcohol limit.

Edward Lynch, of Kidlington, died after a car collided with his Aprilia moped near Deddington, in April.

Glen Holburt, 53, of Duns Tew Road, Hempton, was charged with causing death by driving without due care and attention, while over the limit.

He was given bail and is due to attend Oxford Magistrates' Court in September.
