Teenager and two men arrested over Oxford stabbing

Two men and a boy have been arrested in connection with an attack in Oxford that left a man with five stab wounds.

The victim, a 33-year-old man, was repeatedly stabbed in the stomach during the attack in Balfour Road, Blackbird Leys, on 14 January.

He remains at the John Radcliffe Hospital in Oxford in a stable but critical condition, police said.

The men, aged 24 and 20, and the boy, aged 17, were all arrested on suspicion of causing GBH with intent.

The 20-year-old man remains in police custody and is being questioned by detectives.

The other two have been released without charge, police said.
