Woman charged over Oxford city centre murder

A woman has been charged with the murder of a 52 year-old who was found dead in a Oxford city centre property.

The body of the woman, who has yet to be formally identified but is thought to be Vittoria Baker, was found on Thursday after police were called to Friars Wharf.

A post-mortem examination found the victim had died from a stab wound.

Kauthar Silvera, 29, also of Friars Wharf, Oxford, will appear at the city's magistrates' court on Monday.
