Man missing from Oxford mental health centre

Police are searching for a man who absconded from a mental health centre in Oxford, amid concerns for his welfare.

Sandeep Flora was last seen at the Littlemore Mental Health Centre at 16:14 BST on Monday.

Thames Valley Police said "he has no access to medication".

The 27-year-old, who is about 5ft 8ins, has black hair and a goatee beard, and is believed to have connections to Coventry, Slough and Staines.

Mr Flora was last seen wearing a baseball cap, a black Adidas top, blue jeans and Nike trainers.

He was carrying an Adidas rucksack with a gold logo.

Police said the man is not thought to be a threat to the public, but they are "concerned for his welfare due to his state of mind at the time he went missing".

They also said he might ask members of the public for money.
