Oxford woman charged after man stabbed at his home

A woman has been charged with causing grievous bodily harm with intent after a man was stabbed in Oxford.

Gemma Rees, 26, of Broom Place, Barton, was charged on Wednesday and will appear at Oxford Crown Court on 19 August, Thames Valley Police said.

It comes after a man in his 50s was stabbed in his home in Henry Taunt Close, Barton, at about 23:50 BST on 2 July.

Ms Rees was arrested the day after the attack.
