Five flood warnings on River Severn in Shropshire

Five flood warnings are in place on the River Severn in Shropshire, but water levels have peaked in some areas.

Three warnings apply to Bridgnorth, Hampton Loade and Highley and Quatford.

The others relate to Ironbridge and Jackfield including Coalport and the Showground and The Quarry, Shrewsbury.

The Frankwell and Riverside car parks in the town have been closed. Water levels peaked in Bridgnorth on Tuesday night and in Ironbridge earlier that day during the afternoon.
