Tour of the Dragon Himalayas race challenge for cyclist

A cyclist from Shropshire hopes to be the first British man to complete a gruelling mountain bike race over the Himalayas.

James Griffiths will take part in The Tour of the Dragon', riding 268km (166 miles) over mountain passes in Bhutan.

The athlete is raising money for spinal research.

He said his main challenge would be coping with the altitude.
