Drivers warned over M5 roadworks

Drivers are being warned to expect disruption on two major roads in Somerset over the next five weeks as urgent repair work starts.

Resurfacing and repairs are due to begin at the roundabout on the M5 at junction 25.

And nine miles of the A358 between the M5 and Ilminster are also being resurfaced.

The Highways Agency said no work or road closures would happen during peak hours to keep disruption to a minimum.
