Gas fitter denies killing Zoe Anderson

A gas fitter from Somerset has denied killing a woman who died from carbon monoxide poisoning in Bath.

Andrew Hartley, 36, from Bath New Road in Radstock, denied the manslaughter of Zoe Anderson and two counts of breaking gas safety regulations.

Miss Anderson, 24, was the daughter of Chris Anderson, the founder of Bath-based Future Publishing.

The case was adjourned at Bristol Crown Court on Wednesday for a trial date to be set.
