Paul Retallick death: Trial date set for murder accused

A father and son accused of murdering a 35-year-old man from Somerset have been remanded in custody.

The body of Paul Retallick, who lived in the Taunton area, was found at a house in Langport on 16 September.

Michael McGinty, 55, and Lee McGinty, 25, both from Langport, appeared before Bristol Crown Court via video link.

No bail applications were made and the case was adjourned until 16 October. Police continue to appeal for witnesses.
