Yeovil's Peter's House drug rehab service to reopen after merger

A residential treatment programme for addicts which closed in Yeovil is to reopen after the charity running it merged with another organisation.

Peter's House closed in 2013 when lottery funding ran out but it has since joined up with Bath-based Developing Health and Independence.

Trustees hope to start a refurbishment of its day centre next week in order to reopen in April.

Peter's House chairman Bob Betts, said the merger had been "successful".
