Somerset vicar denies sexual assault and indecent exposure charges

A vicar from Somerset has denied three counts of sexual assault and one of indecent exposure.

Reverend Roy Catchpole, of Gainsborough in Milborne Port, is alleged to have carried out the offences between 1 August 2013 and 29 June 2014 against a woman.

He appeared at Dorchester Crown Court earlier to enter his plea.

A trial has been set for 5 October and is due to take place at either Dorchester or Bournemouth Crown Court.
