Police bail man in Goldthorpe murder inquiry

A man has been released on bail after being questioned about the death of a woman in a South Yorkshire village.

The body of Ann Marie Gethen, 39, was found at a property on Beever Street in Goldthorpe, near Barnsley, at about 0315 BST on Sunday.

The 38-year-old man, who was arrested on suspicion of murder, has been bailed while inquiries continue.

A 15-year-old boy who was also arrested on suspicion of murder remains in police custody.
