Rotherham match 'jet fraud': Arrest made
A 38-year-old man has been arrested in connection with an alleged fraud involving selling non-existent flights to a Rotherham United away game.
About 70 fans paid £240 each to fly to the game against Plymouth on 20 April on a chartered jet that was never booked.
The organiser then went missing days before the game, leaving fans stranded.
South Yorkshire Police said a man had been arrested on suspicion of theft and fraud after a recent investigation.
Rotherham won the League Two match at Home Park 1-0.
