A 27-year-old man arrested on suspicion of murdering a Bradford University student has been released on bail.

Anowar Tagabo, 25, who was studying peace and development, was attacked on a night out in Sheffield city centre in the early hours of 25 May.

He died nine days later in hospital. A post-mortem examination found he died from a head injury.

Three men have now been arrested and bailed in connection with the investigation.

South Yorkshire Police said Mr Tagabo had gone to Sheffield for a celebration and went into the city with a friend, but they became separated during the night.

He was attacked in front of "at least half a dozen people" at 04:20 BST on the corner of Carver Street and Division Street, police said.
