Men punch teenage boy to ground in Wilnecote

A 15-year-old boy was punched to the ground by two men in an attack in Staffordshire.

The boy was walking along an alleyway in Wilnecote on Sunday evening when the two men asked him for a cigarette.

Police said they searched him and then punched him in the head so he fell, leaving him with bruising to his face and neck.

One attacker was in his early 20s, while the second was older - between 35 and 45 - with tattoos on both arms.

The alleyway links Litton and Sparfield.
