Teenagers arrested over Hanley bathroom factory fire

Two teenagers have been arrested in connection with a major fire in Stoke-on-Trent.

More then 40 firefighters were called to a former bathroom factory in Botteslow Street, Hanley on Thursday evening, a spokesman said.

The street was closed while firefighters used water from the nearby Trent and Mersey Canal.

Staffordshire Police said two boys, aged 14 and 15, were arrested and have since been released on bail.
