Stoke-on-Trent drugs arrests: Five charged
Five people have been charged with conspiracy to supply Class A drugs following a targeted operation in Stoke-on-Trent.
Five men and two women were arrested on 7 August as part of Operation Nemesis.
Officers executed warrants at nine addresses in the Normacot, Meir and Weston Coyney areas of the city.
Five people were charged and will appear at magistrates' court later for a range of offences related to the supply of crack cocaine.
The five are four men aged 18 to 24 and a 24-year-old woman.
A 49-year-old woman and a 32-year-old man from Meir have both been bailed pending further inquiries.
