Three more men have been charged with the murder of a father-of-two from south Staffordshire.

Richard Deakin, 27, died after he was shot in bed in his Meadway Street home in Chasetown on 5 July 2010.

Two men aged 31 and another aged 49 are due before magistrates in Cannock on Thursday.

Earlier this month two others, Darryl Dickens, 33, and David Harrison, 62, both from the Bilston area, appeared in court charged with murder.

They are due at Stafford Crown Court on 23 March.

Mr Harrison was also charged with robbery and possessing a firearm, over an incident in Dudley in January 2008.
