Audley death crash driver Andrew Minshull jailed

A 32-year-old man has been sentenced to four-and-a-half years in jail for causing the death of a man in a five-vehicle crash in Staffordshire.

Andrew Minshull, from Ian Road in Newchapel, Stoke on Trent, admitted causing death by dangerous driving.

Dominic Culshaw, 46, died in the accident at the junction of the A500 and M6 in Audley in May 2011.

PC Dave Stubbs said: "Today's sentence indicates the seriousness of Minshull's actions."
