A man and a woman whose bodies were found on a farm track have been named by police.

The bodies of Davina Hamilton, 42, and John Parsons, 46, both from Ipswich, were found in a vehicle off Newbourne Road in Martlesham on Friday.

Post-mortem examinations failed to establish a cause of death for either so further tests are to be carried out.

"There were no injuries to the bodies and no evidence of any third-party involvement," a police spokesman said.

The deaths continue to be treated as unexplained and police will be carrying out further inquiries before presenting a report to the coroner.
