Suffolk men fined for hunting a fox with a dog

Two men from Suffolk have been found guilty of using a dog for fox hunting.

Nicholas Harris and Anthony Laflin appeared before West Suffolk Magistrates' Court charged under the 2004 Hunting Act after police found a dead fox in Stowmarket.

Harris, 43, of Violet Hill Road, Stowmarket, and Laflin, 50, of Crowley Court, Needham Market, were fined £150 each.

Laflin was fined an additional £150 for possessing a knife.

They were also told to pay £300 costs each and a £20 victim surcharge.
