Men released without charge after Guildford sex attack
Two men who were arrested over a serious sexual assault in Guildford have been released without charge.
They were questioned after a teenage girl was attacked in the Charlotteville area of the town on Saturday.
Surrey Police said both men, who were from the local area and aged in their 20s, had been eliminated from their inquiries.
Detectives have renewed their appeal for anyone with information about the incident to contact them.
Ch Insp Matt Goodridge said: "This was a traumatic experience for the victim and we are doing everything we can to catch whoever is responsible.
"High-visibility patrols are being carried out in the area and I would like to reassure the community that incidents of this nature are extremely rare."
