Surrey gunman appeal made on Crimewatch Roadshow
A renewed appeal to trace a gunman who threatened staff at a bookmaker's in Surrey, has been made on TV.
The raider entered Ladbrokes in Brighton Road, Salfords on New Year's Day and confronted staff with a silver handgun.
Workers refused to open the till and the man, who had his face covered with a black hat and a scarf, left.
He is white, in his 40s, with an English accent, officers told the BBC's Crimewatch Roadshow.
Police said the man was wearing a blue top at the time of the raid.
