Three lambs found 'mauled and stabbed' in Tandridge

Three lambs were found dead after being attacked by a dog and stabbed with a knife on three separate occasions around Tandridge.

Two of the lambs were attacked in the same field in Tandridge Lane. One was found dead on Thursday and the other was killed on Friday.

Another lamb was found with similar injuries in a field in Moor Lane, Edenbridge, on 9 July.

Police believe the attacks were deliberate and appealed for witnesses.

PC Alice Bennett said the killings were "incredibly upsetting for the farmers who are also left out of pocket."
