Warlingham man on explosives charge after chemicals find

A 42-year-old man has been charged with explosives offences after chemicals were found by police searching a house in Surrey.

Surrey Police discovered "suspicious substances" when they were called to an address in Warlingham on Thursday.

The force said a number of items had been sent off for analysis.

Duncan Railton, of Cramner Close, Warlingham, is due at Guildford magistrates later charged under section four of the Explosive Substances Act.
