Six charged after cocaine find at West Sussex golf club

Six men have been charged with drugs offences after police found cocaine worth £250,000 in a car at a golf club's car park.

Sussex Police also seized "a large quantity of cash" in a second car at Cottesmore Golf and Country Club, near Crawley, at about 1230 BST on Friday.

Detectives found equipment suspected to be for heroin preparation at a business unit in White Herons Farm, Colgate.

All six men are due before Crawley Magistrates' Court later.

The men, from West Sussex and Surrey, have been charged with conspiracy to supply class A drugs.
