An e-fit has been released of a man wanted in connection with a sexual assault in West Sussex.

Sussex Police said the assault had taken place in Lansdowne Road, Worthing, near the junction with Heene Road, at about 2300 BST on 29 March.

The 30-year old victim was approached by a man who offered to walk her home before holding her by the shoulder and sexually assaulting her.

The woman pushed him away and was badly shaken, but was not physically injured.

He is described as white, with a tanned complexion, aged in his late 20s to early 30s and between 5ft 8in (1.73m) and 5ft 10in (1.78m) tall.

He is of medium to stocky build with short, dark slightly curly hair and spoke with what is described as a European accent.
