Bikes seized after '130mph rides' in Sussex

Two motorcyclists from Surrey have had their bikes seized and will appear in court accused of driving at more than 130mph in East Sussex.

The men, aged 27 and 23, were stopped by an unmarked police car on the A27 in Polegate at 1000 BST on Sunday 12 June.

Sussex Police said the men, from Redhill and Caterham, were arrested and charged with dangerous driving and excess speed.

They have been bailed to appear before Eastbourne magistrates on Monday.
