Arrests over Barcombe pub burglary

Four teenagers have been arrested over a break-in at a Sussex pub in which £2,000 in cash and a quantity of alcohol was stolen.

Police said the keys to the pub and those for the landlord's car were also taken in the burglary at the Anchor Inn in Barcombe, Lewes, on Sunday evening.

Officers searched the area and arrested four teenagers.

Two boys, aged 15 and 16, from Lewes, and two others, both 16, of Newick, have been bailed until October.
