Shotguns stolen from Diplocks Slaughterhouse in Ringmer

Three shotguns have been stolen from a slaughterhouse in East Sussex.

Police were called to Diplocks Slaughterhouse, in Bishops Lane, Ringmer, following a burglary in the early hours of Sunday.

Two men, aged 22 and 28, were arrested on suspicion of burglary and bailed until February after questioning.

Officers said no ammunition was stolen, and the guns had not been found. Anyone who saw anything suspicious at about 01:00 GMT is asked to contact police.
