Two Sussex men charged over Eastbourne pistol incident
Two Eastbourne men have been charged over a fight in which a suspected imitation firearm was discharged.
The 42-year-old and 46-year-old are due at Eastbourne Magistrates' Court later, charged with possession of an imitation firearm with intent to cause fear.
Sussex Police were called to Ashington Road Eastbourne, at 23:30 GMT on Wednesday to reports of a fight.
A man and three women who were arrested on suspicion of affray have been bailed until 6 February.
Sussex Police said a weapon, believed to be a blank-firing starter pistol, had been recovered.
