Crispin's men's designer shoes stolen from Rye shop

Thousands of pounds worth of men's designer shoes have been stolen from a shop in East Sussex.

Crispin's of Rye shop in The Mint, Rye, was broken into sometime between 17:00 BST on 17 April and 08:00 on 18 April.

Police said 63 pairs of distinctive formal shoes which retail at about £110 each were stolen in "an untidy search".

Most of the shoes have a Crispin's signature on the inside sole. Anyone offered any pairs for sale is asked to contact Sussex Police.
