No charges over Brighton flat attack death
Two men arrested after the death of a man who was attacked in his Brighton home will not face charges.
Christopher McLean, 65, was assaulted by two men who barged into his Caledonian Crescent flat on 6 January.
Nearly two hours later Mr McLean began to feel unwell and died soon afterwards. A post-mortem examination showed the cause was heart disease.
Sussex Police said there was insufficient evidence to prosecute the two men and the case had been closed.
