Crash at Cross in Hand kills man and woman

Two people have died after a collision between two cars in East Sussex.

A 19-year-old woman who was driving a Ford Ka died at the scene of the crash on the B2102 at Cross in Hand.

Sussex Police said a man driving a Fiat and believed to be in his 50s had died in hospital after the collision at 20:50 GMT on Tuesday.

Police said there were no passengers in either car and are asking for witnesses to contact them. The road was closed throughout the night.
