Sussex Police question four over Brighton house rape

Four men are being questioned by police after a 28-year-old woman was raped in Brighton.

Officers said the attack happened at a house in the Kemp Town area of the city, after the woman had been to a nightclub with friends.

Det Insp Steve Warner said police were called to the house in the early hours of Wednesday.

"We are working with agencies to offer the woman all the support she needs," he said.

"We are at the early stages of the investigation and are still establishing the circumstances.

"Four local men in their 20s are currently helping police with their inquiries."
