Susan Bowles death in Hastings: Man to face no charges

A 61-year-old man will not face charges after a woman was found dead outside flats in Hastings, police have said.

The body of 55-year-old Susan Bowles was discovered in a communal area near her home in George Street on 13 November.

A post-mortem examination revealed she died as a result of a head injury.

Sussex Police have now said Ms Bowles' death was not suspicious and that a man arrested over her murder has had his bail cancelled.
