A third man has been arrested on suspicion of murder after a man was hit and killed by a lorry during a fight in Brighton.

Georgi Yaschuk, 23, of Cambridge Road, Brighton was struck by a Tesco lorry when the fight spilled on to Western Road in the early hours of Sunday.

He was found lying in the road by emergency services at 02:40 BST and pronounced dead at the scene.

A 28-year-old man of no fixed address is being held on suspicion of murder.

Two men aged 27 and 24 from Hove who were arrested on suspicion of murder on Sunday have been released on bail until 2 June.

Mr Yaschuk's family said he was a clever and kind-hearted man who enjoyed playing basketball on the beach.

"We are all shocked and saddened by the tragic news," they said in a statement.
