Children hurt in motorbike crash at Liverton Mines
Two children were taken to hospital after the off-road motorcycle they were riding hit a tree on Teesside.
It happened on Tuesday evening in a wooded area off Cleveland Street in Liverton Mines.
The 14-year-old rider was taken to Newcastle RVI hospital with internal injuries and a broken rib.
The passenger, aged 13, was taken to James Cook University Hospital suffering from concussion, facial injuries and a broken collar bone.
Both are from the Loftus area.
Police are appealing for witnesses.
