Thousands book in at new library on Teesside

A library in a Teesside health centre has attracted thousands of visitors.

The original facility in South Bank was moved to Low Grange Health Village, on Normanby Road, a year ago, and renamed the Library@South Bank.

Since then, there have been 75,500 visitors, an increase of almost 20,000 on the previous year at its old site.

It shares the site with NHS Redcar and Cleveland's walk-in centre, a pharmacy and the council's customer service point for the area.
